As in-house counsel for GSG, he advises athletes on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements, NCAA regulations, and the protection of their intellectual property. His legal acumen empowers athletes to maximize their earning potential while adeptly navigating disputes.

Gianni has over 15 years of experience in independent sports training and has served as a head football coach for eight years, working with youth to collegiate athletes. He is also a seasoned professional boxer and entrepreneur. As a Client Services Representative at GSG, Gianni attracts elite talent and ensures a smooth onboarding process for new clients by identifying and integrating athletic talent while maintaining strong relationships with players, families, and coaches.

Coach Niko Johnson is a recruiting and roster specialist who helps high school and collegiate athletes secure scholarships and navigate the transfer portal and NIL landscape. As Director of Scouting & NIL, he leads athlete evaluation and recruitment strategy.
His experience includes recruiting leadership roles at Cerritos College, Bishop Amat, and Damien High School, contributing to playoff appearances, league championships, and program turnarounds. Known for his athlete-first approach, Coach Niko guides players through the evolving recruiting, transfer portal, and NIL landscape.
