Brandon Leopoldus is a highly regarded attorney with a specialization in sports law, representing professional sports franchises, unions, and entertainers. As in-house counsel for GSG, he advises athletes on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) agreements, NCAA regulations, and the protection of their intellectual property. His legal acumen empowers athletes to maximize their earning potential while adeptly navigating disputes.
In addition, Brandon plays a pivotal role in mitigating risks for the agency and its clients, ensuring that all business decisions are both legally compliant and financially beneficial.

PRESIDENT OF FOOTBALL OPERATIONS
Tommy Sims is a distinguished former defensive back for the University of Tennessee and an NFL player (Colts), holding certification as an NFLPA Contract Advisor. He has successfully negotiated contracts exceeding $300 million within the NFL. Tommy offers invaluable insights into the financial and professional trajectories of athletes, assisting them in optimizing their earnings and achieving enduring stability throughout their careers. He provides expert guidance on combine training, draft preparation, and the formulation of long-term career strategies for success both on and off the field.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Gavin holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, complemented by minors in Business Law and Health Psychology. As the Marketing Director, he is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies designed to enhance the GSG brand. His experience includes collaborating with NFL athletes and prominent college athletes for product promotions. Gavin's primary focus lies in securing and promoting endorsements for clients, as well as generating revenue through sponsorships and partnerships.

CLIENT SERVICES
Gianni has over 15 years of experience in independent sports training and has served as a head football coach for eight years, working with youth to collegiate athletes. He is also a seasoned professional boxer and entrepreneur. As a Client Services Representative at GSG, Gianni attracts elite talent and ensures a smooth onboarding process for new clients by identifying and integrating athletic talent while maintaining strong relationships with players, families, and coaches.

Joyce brings more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications to her role as Program Coordinator at Growth Sports Group. With a background spanning corporate, nonprofit, and education sectors, she specializes in creating clear, engaging messaging and keeping programs running seamlessly. At GSG, Joyce supports athletes, families, and partners by ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and communication stays consistent. Outside of work, she is an active volunteer in her community and has been recognized for her leadership and service.
